Recent Work
Here’s some recent work from my collection “Mystic Birds.” I wanted to follow the more magical home decor trend, with a bird theme. I love the mysterious look of barn owls, and old gnarled trees. I hope you like the more realistic style.
Celebrating Today
I’m celebrating today because I just signed licensing deals for two of my greeting card images. I’m ready to get back to the studio and start creating more work!
In other news I’ve been doing a great deal of experimentation with new brushes, and created a new collection that is a combination of faux etching and watercolors. I’m enjoying the printmaking feel, but it really depends on the project. Realism and cartoon/cute are both styles I do well and sometimes it’s hard to decide between them.
